I write about food, travel, lifestyle and fashion and design, often from a health and wellness-related POV. I also write the occasional film or video script, and in 2002 completed a documentary film called "Baking Bread." Thanks for being so honest, Rose.
I was going to ask you if you have a policy on editing posts once you've published? I do a little tweaking myself, to fix small things, but I baulk at major changes. As a blogger (and journalist), what do you think?
Hmmm. I don't really see editing once the post is up as unethical because I guess I consider blogging a whole other beast. I am my own researcher, fact checker and copy editor so there are no layers beyond me to correct any errors that my have slipped in. What would be much worse to me is allowing misinformation -- or horribly glaring grammatical errors -- to remain untouched. How many times have you wished you had one more go at your copy before it went to publication? Now we have that opportunity!
Won't someone respond to the cuteness of my dawgs????????
