Spa-ing in Asia

Spas are woven even more firmly into the Asian culture. No surprise since so many of the spa treatments we enjoy today originated there. This is a photo of Boracay's Caticlan airport. These massage stations are a common sight at airports for "quick fixes."

Ola Rosalita!
Massage parlors at airports in the Philipines? You ain't seen nothing yet! I had a foot tune up in Taiwan at a metro station and a had facial baby hair removed by a string at another underpass. Out of curiosity and just like that out there in the open. Of course- being black within no time I amassed a small crowd of onlookers. Curiosity back firing.
